Incredibly false. Millennials gave us HAES, fat acceptance, and the dad-bod. I grew up being treated like some vain douche bag just because I enjoyed weight lifting. Men were expected to be weak nu-males, or chubby "teddy bears", that was the peak millennial standard.

Zoomers (as much as I hate their sense of fashion and inability to be sincere about anything) have absolutely revived going to the gym, especially weight lifting. They've done more to make it cool and appealing to the masses than a lot of the 2000s era body builders ever did. Are there some that are absolutely going to be wrecked by the time they're 30 because they started blasting gear at 18? Absolutely, but that's they're problem, people will learn from it.
