Granted! Your world will merge with a fantasy world with fantastical elements, and as a result, some people will change overnight with the shift. Some changing races, body types, sexes... and in your case, you become a girl with huge tits like your pic related. You ALSO just so happen to have a small and harmless section of a dungeon form under your house, and within it? You will find a goblet that you feel compelled to drink from... making you immortal (with a fun lil side effect we'll get to later). You can theoretically "pass on" to the next life willingly through some spiritual practice, or reincarnate if that's more your thing, so you don't have to worry your cute lil head about suffering the heat death of the universe... but that's not the important part of your condition.

What IS is that you're immortal in the physical sense, making you a VERY good adventurer. You're not UNSTOPPABLE, but you don't have to worry about dying, or even getting a "bad end"... though you don't get FULL protection from things that trap you, only the guarantee of being freed REASONABLY soon. Your body also recovers from just about anything, from curses (eventually) to gapes, so you never have to worry about being "ruined" either. It reacts to physical harm that'd kill you in almost cartoonish ways. Something that'd squish you will flatten you for a little bit instead, having a body part cut off will leave a clean stump (it'll grow back eventually), and being impaled will be much the same, with your body not bleeding, but treating the object more like an oversized piercing that leaves you looking like a human donut when removed. Your sense of pain is "capped" at point where it'll be more of an annoyance than agonizing.

With that out of the way, let's get to the side effect of the goblet: You're addicted to magic now. Specifically, magic items and effects.... whether they're cursed or not. You can sense them, too, their auras acting as a Siren song for you...
