Yes. It's been a common complaint and it persists because:

Think about it. You can find gay/lesbian bars, gay/lesbian clubs, many exclusive homosexual same-sex places. These are spots ideally meant for True Lesbians and True Gays to hook up or begin a relationship at.

However, there is no such designated places for Bisexual women or Bisexual men (who share both a sexual and romantic interest in both sexes), let alone "bisexual" types such as:
>men and women who will fuck the same-sex, but don't find the same-sex sexually attractive or as a romantic interest
>the above, but find the same-sex sexually attractive but are NOT romantically interested
>men and women who are romantically interested in the same-sex, but also don't want to fuck/have a low sex drive or find them sexually attractive
