For ramen >>21282776 is pretty good, the best value is Mi Goreng and MAMA (I love the Creamy Tom Yum flavor).

As far as other unique items:
Kombu (Dried kelp for making dashi broths, a staple for Japanese recipes)
Katsuobushi (Dried Shaved Smoked Skipjack tuna)
Nori Furikake (Shredded Seaweed + Seasoning mix typically added as a table seasoning for cooked rice, essentially a Japanese Everything Bagel Seasoning)
Gochugaru and/or Gochujang for Korean Spiceyness
Dried/Crushed shrimp
Dried exotic mushrooms "Maitake, Shiitake, Enok, etc"
Potato Starch (very common in asian recipes lasts in the cupboard forever)
Palm Sugar if they have it (comes in half-mon pucks, tastes like more complex brown sugar used extensively in Thai cuisine)
Good Coconut Cream/Milk (Thai Staple)
Tamarind paste (Thai Staple)
Good fish sauce

Asian markets are also where you typically find the "Good" kinds of egg noodles, glass noodles, soba, rice vermicelli, Thai Jasmine rice, wanton wrappers, etc. Also don't forget to check out any fresh produce as they typically carry exotic fruits/veggies for local clients that wouldn't sell to the general population and the freezer section if they have one for fun exotic ready-to-eat imports and certain perishable seafood/specialty item (I've seen whole palm leaves in there and Durian fruit).

Also they tend to have good buys on shallots oddly enough which are extensively used in Thai cooking.
