Steak/pork:
>Turn your heat up to 2/3 of max temp, add oil
>throw your meat on
>cook until juice starts to come out the top a little
>turn it over
>do the same
There, you know how to meat
Eggs/bacon:
>Add oil to pan, cook the bacon on 4/5 of max temp until crispy
>Turn heat down to 1/3-1/2
>Break egg over pan
>Flip it when you start to notice that the outside whites aren't liquid anymore
>Cook for 3 mins if you want runny yolks, cook for 5 if you want solid yolks
There, you know how to cook breakfast
Everything else like stews/pasta is just
>Pan on 1/2 of max heat, add oil
>Onions/garlic first until they're transparent
>whatever meats you want until there's no pink bits
>add whatever liquids/vegetables you need
>add whatever spices you want to finish up with
>cook for 20-30 mins
There you can do whatever the fuck else
That's cooking, now you know what to do
