Good pork grill (chest and rib meat) quite literally with just salt and pepper tastes 1000x better than American "BBQ" (even their food sounds like BBC).

You know why that is? Because fat is delicious when grilled. And pork meat has a lot of delicious fat. You don't need le 1000 times folded Japanese meme beef to taste properly marbled meat. Just use porks you dumb fucks.
