You don't have to trust them though. And also, individual cases might deviate from the samples they tested. Like I said the only certain way to avoid pesticides is to buy ALL organic. But as that is very expensive and impractical to some, I think knowing what is the most problematic and what to prioritize can be helpful if you're on a budget.
