Because those nations are pre-industrial shitholes with no health care to speak of. Before the advent of modern health care most people what out kids like crazy because kids where expected to either die during childbirth or die during the first few years of their lives, if they survived they would then very likely live a long life into adulthood. Similarly most people would get several kids to help out at the farm/at their trade because having more hands around to help was beneficial and your children would be likely to take over from you when you retired due to old age, which also guaranteed that you had people who too care if you during your old age. Modern post-industrial societies do not work like that, especially when the American tech elite wants to create company towns where people work 14 hour days, seven days a week. That’s more than medieval peasants worked, people don’t have the time or money to have kids in that kind of environment. Not that I have expect the average anon on here to know about shit like this because the average anon is mentally retarded.
