You realize that just because there isn't a line item that says "Property tax" on your rent that doesn't mean it isn't factored into the cost of your rental.. right?

If property taxes, insurance rates, management costs, repairs go up in price that gets passed down to the renter retard. Just like everything, there are profit goals and if their costs increase so do yours.

There really needs to be a study on zoomer's brains to find out if they're smaller than average and try to pin down the reason. I think it might be microplastics.
