coprolites containing identifiable food items are extremely rare. If you find one with crabs in it, first of all you have no idea which animal it came from unless it was inside the skeleton, and secondly the odds of it being preserved are so small you have to assume they always ate crabs.

if you find 10 out of 15 coprolites from different areas have shells, that indicates a regular ongoing habit. That's an omnivore, maybe a carnivore. But perhaps not a hadrosaur.
