Yes. That would be me. What I did was I stopped pretending to be a normie. I stopped trying to function as a normie. Lazy and narcissistic? Fuck it that's exactly who I'll be.

Funny thing happened, I started functioning. It turns out I wasn't lazy or narcissistic, I was trying to bend my fucking soul into shapes it fit into shit it was never meant to fit.

Stop trying to change your ADHD to make it work for the world, instead, use the world to make it work for your ADHD

Numbers and long information? Fuck it. Stay away from it. Repetitive mind numbing monotonous soulless office work or restaurant work? Don't apply for them, fuck them.

Find shit that gets your dopamine boiling. Work or things in life that is different each day. Find things that use your body and not your mind — no don't become a whore — but shit that involves your hands. Creative things or repairing things or getting busy physically. For me that's working at three thrift stores at once, each store specialising in different shit. Every day is different, I'm constantly bombarded by urgent spontaneous shit I couldn't predict and I fucking LOVE it.

Also make sure you stay away from urban environments. Stick to greenery and natural settings. Work in a fucking farm, a vineyard, with animals.

If you got ADHD it means you NEED a reason to give a shit about life before your body will activate. So find shit that gets your reward part of your brain firing.
