Again, this comes down to you being retarded and not seeing the bigger picture of what becomes possible with a few friends, you dont need a large social network, you need just ONE friend who is willing to go out with you to a bar/pub/club, and then you would meet more people.

That's all it takes, 1 friend, and every few days you go to the pub and spend 1 hour there having a drink and talking to whoever, spread this out over an entire year and its impossible for you to not make some more friends who you can now go out with.

I know complete losers who made friends and got girlfriends because they stopped being losers for a second and just went out for drinks with normal people, guess what, normal people dont give a fuck who you are, as long as you arnt a weirdo, as long as you are there to just relax and have a good time like everyone else they will accept you.
