My parents have had several RVs and the smallest + least espensive they considered good for staying in for more than a few days was a Class C RV.
Oddly, a really nice Class C is usually a lot cheaper than a Class b (van conversion) because they aren't rebuilding an already-expensive van.
My parents have a little Class C from jayco they got just a few months back with a queen bedm a nice bathroom and shower, and so on with solar panels and such and it even has a nice mini kitchen.
