Don't make any demands or negotiations. Just let her know you noticed. Some people will behave properly if they know they're being held accountable.
If after a week she doesn't try being sexier, just dump her. She doesn't WANT to be sexy for you, and that means the relationship has no basis. You'd be fighting an uphill battle against how she doesn't actually want to be your girlfriend.
