So the guy makes shots of girls to make them desirable and that is his expression, but he doesn't show her engaging in sex, which makes her still desirable, if she did she would cease to be desirable. This triggers feminists into calling him an incel (creep) because feminism is about destroying the patriarchy and they promote sensuality and make women non-desirable to achieve this. I don't have enough characters to explain why, but just watch any westoid TV show and you will see constant sex scenes which are repulsive to men, even the Halo TV show which is supposed to be a about a genetically modified asexual super soldier has so many sex scenes that he's now called "Master Cheeks".
So feminists are using any weapons they have, in this case calling him a creep, to make him cease making girls attractive. While Tomino is acting like a little dork trying to point out inconsistencies relating to reality, not necessarily to add sensuality to his work, he gives him a pass though, saying something akin to "I suppose he can express that" with the excuse of him being a young director.
