And that's exactly why you'll fail. I don't know shit about you or your capabilities. That's something you have to figure out. Maybe you can sling weight and hit max volume at 50% weight, maybe you can bump it to 80. It's literally just steroids + volume + eating a shitload until you cut. Do whatever lets you hit the most volume, eat whatever foods allow you to cram the most protein and calories in your body without throwing it all up.

It's not generic, it's personal. It's you who has to figure out what you're going to be capable of doing. All programs work.
