The infrastructure will probably need some work done, but that just creates more jobs. Because we're not outsourcing our labor pool (again).

We went through this process during the previous Trump admin.
Trump enacted tariffs against china, dramatically increasing domestic production and putting money in the pockets of Americans.
Also, tariffs have the added benefit of being the stick to the carrot. It's entirely possible that Trump won't go full-throttle on tariffs, provided that china and whoever else decide to comply with out demands.
Having a businessman in office that actually knows how to broker deals is incredibly beneficial because it means that they know which pressure points to push and when to let off.
