the -an option strips audio for no audio boards. the audio boards support libvorbis if I'm not mistaken, so for there you need to set the audio codec to libvorbis
4chan also supports vp9 so
>ffmpeg -i /path/to/file/filename.mp4[orwhatever] -c:v vp9 -c:a libvorbis -crf value -b:v value output.webm
if it's higher in size than expected set lower -b:v value or higher -crf value. for no audio use -an instead of -c:a
