Regarding the last one that's a big thing to me. A girl with a healthy imagination is going to be much more inclined to roleplay in general and to try out new and kinkier roleplays. That was definitely the case with my wife.

in addition to what you said, it's helpful to frame it correctly. You don't need to start with full on mommydom ageplay with the incest being front and center. Girls are really excited by power dynamics, and framing the roleplay as exploring the idea of a maternal figure wanting to take care of you even despite its taboo nature is can be more intriguing than "I want you to groom me until my brain melts out my ears." If it takes, eventually you can get to that point (I've basically said as much to my wife multiple times, and she's happy to oblige).
