Anyways, yes, intervening with fighting dogs is piss easy because dogs are very weak animals. Spanish war mastiffs can't even 1v1 a grown man - any random grown man given a standard 3" blade would probably win the fight with no injuries. They were only effective against 5'2" malnourished tribesmen who had never seen an aggressive canine before and didn't have any weapons besides clubs, rocks, and clubs with rocks in them.

Since only one of the dogs is even aggressive a good few bonks would get it to fuck off.
