Most of them have been either holding position (aside from Bakhmut shitshow) or being trained in Belarus as most of the Russian officers/commanders are unavalible as they are in Ukraine, and we are just about now (maybe I don't know what the fuck Putin is about to do next) going to see them use these. They are not all dead, not even fucking like 10%. It takes months to get new conscripts up to scratch and although some were fucking just sent in, most have been readying. Russia fell on it's face in the first part of the war and realised it was in no position to do much else for a while until conscripts were ready and more supplies could be obtained so that is why the small Bakhmut thing has been going on - it is part of a big show for Putin to prove he is 'doing something' to his people while the military re-gears. If you zoom out a combat map, most of the line on both the Ukrainian and Russian side aren't doing anything, but everyone is watching Bakhmut, and it has become a massive propaganda thing for both sides

I simply don't know where you are getting this one, perhaps you could show me to an article. I have been following both the Russian and Ukrainian side pretty closely and I haven't heard this one.

I would be also remiss to not note that Ukraine is doing conscription to, but at an even higher level than the Russians, which is just partial mobilisation there (obviously they have to with a much smaller population), and some of the poor fucks sent into Bakhmut on the Ukrainian side also have like 2 weeks of training.

This war is horrible an a shit-show for the normal men in there on both sides, and this is probably going to go on for a while longer. Russia isn't about to 'run out' of men or material, and Ukraine is neither.
