You manage to convince yourself to pull your attention away from the worrying monster in the corner of the room long enough to take a look around. Not entirely, of course. You keep a cautious eye on your quarry in the corner of your vision.

Though the constant ringing as it smiths metal is not doing your nerves any favors.

Quietly, you circle around the room and poke around where you can. You’re forced to step around vaguely weapon shaped metals scattered on the floor on occasion, ranging from white hot to perfectly cooled, more frequently the former. The furnaces becomes too hot to approach after a certain distance, and most containers seem to be emptied of their contents. Presumably it used to hold the now scattered items on the ground.

You bend down to pick one of the cooled mass of metal up. Cool relatively. It was still uncomfortably warm to hold, but you *can* hold it. While you may struggle to label it with your human sensibilities, you can at least tell whatever the living forge did to it was a wonder. Nothing was definitely a sword or any kind of weapon you can name- not anymore, anyway- but any edges present were *sharp*, and the material was eminently sturdy. Its possible it may not be steel at all anymore.

You pick up what you believe is a suitable shape for your purposes. Some kind of polearm, or maybe a sword for a really large guy. Some kind of rod, terminating into a sharp end. Again, since it was no longer definitely a sword or definitely a halberd, you think it starts being subjective.

Or maybe you just have a narrow pre conceived notion of how weapons are supposed to be used. Maybe that living forge guy knows whats up.

Its entirely undecorated. The weapons Kindle Workshop produces are spartan to begin with, but you feel like this is a degree even above it. In a sense, it was both uncomfortably unfamiliar, and oddly beautiful in a way you can’t describe.

You get:
/ Living Forged Weapon / - Warm to the touch. Some kind of greatsword or halberd is how you’d describe it. Bladed, sturdy, and sharp. Awkward to handle.

You’re starting to feel yourself begin to tire from staying in such a hot room for a prolonged period of time. You’re roasting alive here, man. You should probably finish this sooner rather than later.

The monster is still miraculously keeping itself busy in the corner. It dips a white hot piece of metal into a deep container of water, already turning into vapor from the ambient heat alone, before rapidly vaporizing into a spray of mist. Yes, the blade still looks as white hot as it was before.
