My girlfriend bought a stinging nettle plant from an herb store and made tea with it a few times. It wasn't terrible, but from what I gather, you drink it more for its health benefits than for its taste.

I also really like dandelion root and burdock root tea. They taste fairly similar and both are diuretics (good for your kidneys and liver). If you forage either of those ones though make damn sure it's not in an area that gets sprayed with pesticides, since both are considered a weed in most places.
