this is what led up to the FBI forcibly raiding his house: a series of moves where he could have handed the documents back and been A-OK

now, let's look at what Biden did:

>volunteered them to the National Archives before the National Archives even asked or checked themselves
>Archives did further checks, realized some other documents were missing
>Biden's team immediately combed every place they could be and promptly returned all of them with an apology
