What exactly are you disagreeing with in this chart? In any case, for the past 500 years Europe was ahead of the curve, it is how Europe colonized the world and entered the industrial revolution. There should not be any controversy here. There are some good arguments for this, Europe is connected to Mediterranean trade after all and northern Europe turned out to be agriculturally productive after the middle ages and various agricultural practices were figured out, geography naturally has a huge impact on the fates of nations, it seems elementary.
