He mostly uses the Persian inscriptions, Herodotus, and some Roman historians, with some help from the Babylonian sources. He makes a point to claim possible common etymology in certain cities of Iran, Scythia, and China, and other titles, especially of the Arya, which he asserts denotes the royal clan of the Scythians chosen by God to rule, a system he says was adopted in Iran and China during their initial phases. I don’t remember much mention of India except for the deva/daeva thing
