I drink both.

Both have bad caffeine levels. It was only considered healthy because it purified "bad water" when made in London, Shanghai and Edo (Tokyo) in the past because those towns relied on it for the size that they were.
In reality, we apparently have better water processing nowadays so it's probably a net hindrance simply because of the caffeine (I still would recommend tea water over tap water in most places, especially India, SEA, Africa, Arabia and, because it drinks the shitwater in the oceans from the former through a crude desalination process that is not likely to catch diseases that are extremely tiny, Australia. California, Arizona and Texas might also need to double treat their water. Apparently Michigan's water is terrible too but tea won't solve a lead problem).
