Don't. Change them into useful and productive thoughts. If you fail to manage your mental state and instead try to hide it, you WILL be exactly the type of impulsive self-destructive dumbass you're currently being.

1. Acknowledge that thinking negative thoughts is better than trying to make yourself happy or feel satisfied.
Once you stop being such a fucking funbrain, you'll spend more time with your thoughts and be in a position where you'll handle or confront them, instead of being dumbass lizard mode where you compulsively chase the next cope.
2. Handle the damn thoughts productively
Sort things by relevance and threat. Use reality. If your anxiety is outside of reality and it tries to get you to follow it, then refuse to. Handle the threats that actually exist, and do not be moved by hallucinations about benign shit.

Chances are no, no there is no solution because people like yourself utterly refuse to exit cope mode.
You feel a stimulus and I GOTTA FEEL GOOD AAAAAAAA so you shut your brain down like the useless monkey you are to avoid feeling bad. That's the shit you need to stop, and it's the shit that you will not stop.
